Cancellation policy

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cramtravel.com. If your order has not yet been processed for fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and exchanges.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
